Vacancy Announcement for the Position of Project Assistant in ISAC Fund

ISAC Fund invites all interested candidates, who fulfill the necessary criteria, to apply for the position of Project Assistant in ISAC Fund.
ISAC Fund offers the possibility of becoming a part of its small and dynamic working environment and of gaining valuable first-hand experience on developing and implementing projects pertaining to Serbia's European and Euro-Atlantic integration processes.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assisting the Project Manager in all aspects of project implementation;
  • Writing project proposals and final reports for donors;
  • Liaising with donors, partners and project beneficiaries;
  • Writing news on ISAC Fund's activities and updating its website;
  • Performing administrative and other duties upon request.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA degree in Political Science, International Relations, Security Studies or other social sciences;
  • Excellent command of English - written and spoken;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Internet research tools;
  • Good team player, communicative, flexible and willing to learn new skills;
  • Proven interest in and background knowledge of the topics relating to European and Euro-Atlantic integration process of Serbia.

  • Curriculum Vitae (in English);
  • One-page Motivation Letter (in English);
  • Scanned copy of University diploma;
  • Two References (contact details of two individuals who can vouch for the candidate's academic/professional qualities);
  • Scanned copy of a proof of knowledge of the English language (i.e. FCE, CAE, CPE, TOEFL, certificates or a high university grade);
  • A recent personal photo in .jpg format (maximum size of 300KB).
